Type PRISCILLA. Look on the menu bar, to the right of the "newspapers" you will see "debug". Use it wisely.
Type GILMARTIN. Should ask you for a military base.
Type IMACHEAT. Should give you $500,000 and all the rewards.
Type CASS. Should give you $250. WARNING: Do not use this cheat more than about 1-2 times a year. A firestorm may occur otherwise.

These codes will work on Simcity 2000 in Windows '95.
